Unreleased

  • GUI: Update the Flatpak GNOME runtime from 48 (end-of-life) to 50.

4.15.0- 2026-09-22

  • GUI: Support outbound connections to makers through libp2p circuit relays.
  • ASB: Fix an issue where multiple swaps which started at the same time tried to spend the same Monero outputs (double spend), causing only one to succeeded:
  • Construction of Monero lock transctions is spaced out by 5min by default now. Customize this cooldown via monero.lock_construction_cooldown_secs.
  • In cases where we have confirmed that the Monero we wanted to send is already spent in another swap the ASB can now rebuild a new Monero transaction. This requires your own trusted Monero node on your own hardware. To enable this feature, set monero.trusted_daemon = true (false by default). This can make swaps succeed even if they initially conflict with another swap.

4.14.0- 2026-08-22

  • ASB: The get-swaps RPC response now includes the Bitcoin redeem address for each swap.

4.13.3- 2026-08-05

  • GUI: Fix a number of small ui issues / inconsistencies

4.13.2- 2026-07-23

  • ASB+GUI: Fix a bug in the cross curve equality proof cryptography.

4.12.0- 2026-07-18

  • GUI: The wallet setup dialog is now a multi-step wizard. Creating a wallet lets you pick a name and location and requires backing up the seed phrase before continuing, and opening a wallet file supports drag & drop. Newly created wallets are named by the user instead of a Unix timestamp.

4.11.5- 2026-07-07

  • ASB: The Hermes protocol is now enabled by default (hermes_enabled defaults to true), and the default hermes_min_swap_amount was lowered from 0.01 to 0.001 BTC (~50 USD at a reference price of 50,000 USD/BTC).

4.11.4- 2026-06-30

4.11.3- 2026-06-24

4.11.2- 2026-06-23

4.11.0- 2026-06-23

  • PROTOCOL: A new protcol called "Hermes" has been implemented. It allows taker and maker to communicate through the Monero blockchain. Monero transactions are used for passing messages. This is used for the taker to transmit the encrypted signature to the maker without requiring a network connection. This means a swap can now succeed without any p2p connection to the other party after the intitial swap setup.
  • ASB: Added new [maker] config options for the Hermes protocol: hermes_enabled, hermes_funding_amount_piconero, hermes_min_swap_amount
